About the Role
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students with communication and language needs. Youll collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to ensure students achieve academic and social growth through improved communication skills.
You will:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions in-person or virtually
- Participate in IEP meetings and monitor student progress
- Document therapy sessions and ensure compliance with educational and state guidelines
- Work collaboratively with educational teams to promote effective communication strategies
Qualifications
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License (required)
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable delivering services in hybrid or on-site formats
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $40$50+ per hour (based on experience, certification, and assignment)
- Full-time W-2 contract | 37.5 hours per week | MondayFriday
